I created REVELA because I understand firsthand what it feels like to be a mom while trying to balance family, work, responsibilities, and my own health.

As a board certified Physician Associate and a Mother of two little ones, I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the process.

I wanted to create a space where women feel heard, understood, not dismissed or rushed through a checklist.

My mission is to help moms reveal the healthiest, strongest, and most confident version of themselves so they can feel great again, not only for their families but for themselves too.

I will find the root cause of fatigue, exhaustion and brain fog, and treat it. I will also help you optimize your energy level and manage your weight and give you back the confidence you deserve!
